Hospital visitors

We are so blessed to have so many people who love us.  We had a wonderful time sharing Jasper with friends and family as they stopped by the hospital to congratulate us.

Tiffany's mom was a trooper and stayed with us through the whole labor and was even in the operating room with Tiffany after Jasper was born and Jason left the room to be with him.  She was the very first person to hold Jasper (other than Mom and Dad).  She stayed with us until we were transferred into our recovery room at 3:00 on Friday morning.  What a great Nana!

We were SO very excited to introduce Jasper to his big brother Eli.  Eli had been practicing singing "happy birthday" and was thrilled to sing for Jasper.  He brought Jasper a stuffed little clown fish for a birthday present.

Eli wanted to hold baby Jasper right away.  He is so gentle and wanted to rub Jasper's head, hold his hand, and touch his face.

This big brother thing is pretty great!
Eli getting goofy (already realizing that he's going to have to do SOMETHING to get all the attention back on him!)
Daddy and Eli loving up Jasper.
Uncle Joshie came to visit and snuggle with his new nephew.
Jason's mom (Grammie) rocking her new grandson.
Jason's dad (Gramps) snuggling with Jasper.
Daddy, Grammie and Eli with Jasper.
Our hospital room at Sacred Heart in Eau Claire, WI.  We were so impressed with the care we got here.  We would recommend it to friends without hesitation!
