No News Yet

An uneventful evening.  Contractions have all but stopped again.  On the plus side, I somehow managed to get a good night's sleep.  I did make the decision last night not to go back to work.  After being gone yesterday, it would be awkward for my students (and for me) to go back and forth from being there and being gone.  Plus, at almost a week overdue, I have to admit that I'm just not the best teacher I can be right now, so my substitute (who is absolutely wonderful, by the way) will do a much better job introducing the current unit than I would do at the present moment.  So, today Jason will stay home with me for one more day.  We're going to try to do some walking, run some more errands, and keep the atmosphere upbeat because I have to admit that at this point I'm just plain old frustrated!
